Captains Quarters has had it’s first murder ! I can’t say that I’m surprised. Since my first and only visit there the violence has only escalated. It has the atmosphere for chaos and I knew it was only a matter of time. I met Dj Juice once and that was enough to see he was a down to earth, charismatic and fun loving guy.
