Advisory: ROADSIDE SAFETY CHECK IN THE SOUTH CHICAGO (004TH) DISTRICT
 
The Chicago Police Department will conduct a Roadside Safety Check in the South
Chicago (004h) District at 9100 S. Stony Island. The Roadside Safety Check will
commence at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 23, 2011 and end at 4:00 a.m. on Saturday,
September 24, 2011.
During roadside checks, police officers slow down traffic, stop cars at regular intervals and
watch for drivers who show signs of alcohol impairment and other violations as noted

The Chicago Police Department will conduct a DUI Strike Force Patrol in the Austin (015th) District. The DUI Strike Force Patrol will commence at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 17, 2011 and end at 4:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 18, 2011.
